ON SCREEN at re:publica - Movies, series, games, XR – everything on one screen
For this year’s ON SCREEN programme special, iniated by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, we are dedicating the second #rp25 day to moving images and the future of audiovisual media! On May 27, 2025, we will turn STATION Berlin into the central meeting place for everyone who not only wants to consume films, series, games and XR, but also aims to actively participate in their creation.
A MAZE. got invited to curate a panel for “ON SCREEN” at re:publica. Our panel’s title is : Arthouse Games - Playing The Real World Narratives. (link)
It’s scheduled on May 27, from 16:15-17:15 at re:publica, STATION Berlin
The panel on arthouse games / artgames aims to stimulate dialogue about the games industry’s responsibility in an increasingly polarized world. It will discuss the influence of political and social issues in games and consider how developers can fulfill their responsibility while retaining creative freedom to tell radical and transformative stories.
